JPR Golden Builders Corporation completed the pump room installation for the Rizal Ville Project, covering both domestic water supply and fire protection requirements.
The scope of work included the installation of domestic water pumps designed to provide consistent and adequate water pressure for household and building use. Pump selection and configuration were based on calculated demand, operating head, and system efficiency requirements.
In addition, fire pumps were installed as part of the project’s water-based fire protection system, complete with associated piping, valves, control panels, and mounting supports. All fire pump components were positioned to ensure accessibility, reliability, and compliance with applicable fire safety and mechanical standards.
Works involved precise pump alignment, secure anchoring, proper pipe connection and support installation, and integration with electrical and control systems. Testing and verification were conducted to confirm operational readiness, pressure stability, and system integrity.
The completed pump room provides a centralized, code-compliant, and reliable mechanical system that supports both daily water demand and emergency fire protection requirements of the Rizal Ville development.
