JPR Golden Builders Corporation executed the installation of three (3) electrical breaker walls for the Rizal Ville Project as part of the site’s primary and secondary power distribution system.
Each breaker wall accommodates seventy-five (75) NEMA-rated circuit breakers, configured to support individual feeder circuits based on calculated load demand and functional zoning. The scope of work included the installation of breaker enclosures, rigid and flexible conduit systems, structured cable management, and proper termination of conductors in accordance with approved electrical plans.
Works were carried out with strict adherence to applicable electrical codes and standards, ensuring correct breaker spacing, labeling provisions, grounding continuity, and accessibility for operation and maintenance. Cable routing and bundling were executed to minimize stress, ensure heat dissipation, and allow future expansion where required.
The completed breaker wall system provides a centralized, organized, and scalable electrical distribution solution, ensuring operational safety, system reliability, and ease of maintenance for the Rizal Ville development.
