JPR Golden Builders Corporation completed the Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) installation for the Rizal Ville Project, covering Building 15 and Building 16.
The scope of work included the installation of seventy-eight (78) FDAS units in Building 15 and seventy-eight (78) FDAS units in Building 16, consisting of fire alarm control panels, initiating devices, notification appliances, and associated wiring and conduits. Device placement and zoning were implemented in accordance with approved fire protection plans and system design requirements.
Works involved mounting and termination of control panels, installation of detectors and manual call points, proper routing of signal and power cables, and system integration to ensure accurate detection, alarm signaling, and panel communication. All installations were carried out with consideration for accessibility, maintainability, and future system expansion.
Testing, inspection, and functional verification were performed to confirm system responsiveness, alarm audibility and visibility, and compliance with applicable fire safety codes and standards.
The completed FDAS provides reliable early fire detection and alarm notification, enhancing life safety and fire protection readiness for the Rizal Ville development.
